✅ Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at support@dazzlinaVibe.com — we’ll guide you through the process.

✅ Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method. Please note it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

⚠️ Damaged or wrong items?
If your order arrives with size issues, defects, or incorrect items — no worries! Just email us with photos, and we’ll make it right (refund or free replacement, depending on the situation).

❌ Items that are worn, washed, or returned after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is placed, our warehouse needs up to 3 business days to carefully prepare and pack your items.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location.

Please note:
Your shipment will come with two tracking numbers:

1.One from Hong Kong to your destination country.

2.Another from the local postal service in your country once your package clears customs.

You can track both to stay updated every step of the way.
