2. Product Details & Accuracy
We do our best to make sure all product information — including sizes, colors, and images — is accurate and up to date. That said, minor differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or handmade finishing. If anything about your order isn’t what you expected, please reach out — we’re here to help.
3. Orders & Secure Payments
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. You’ll receive an email with all the details shortly after checking out.
We accept Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal, and all transactions are 100% secure.
If we ever need to cancel an order (for example, due to stock issues or security concerns), we’ll notify you right away.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Every order is carefully packed and shipped with love. Here’s how it works:
We need 1–3 business days to prepare your order.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location.

5. Returns & Refunds
Not 100% satisfied? No worries — we’ve got your back.
You can return unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving them.
If your item has a size issue, defect, or something’s just not right, contact us and we’ll make it right — whether that means a full refund or a replacement. Your satisfaction is always our top priority.
